Role Description
We're seeking licensed therapists to join our California team full-time. This position is ideal for professionals who want to provide therapy, design effective care plans, and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality mental health services.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
- Full benefits package
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Build treatment plans and track client progress
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate services
- Complete documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Continue skill development through workshops and training
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Minimum two years of therapy experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
