Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for helping students achieve their full potential? Cross Country Education invites you to bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to Plainfield, IL for the '25-'26 School Year!

Position Overview:

  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans and data collection strategies.
  • Provide training and workshops for district staff on classroom management and supporting students with multiple needs and autism.
  • Administer programs for students with autism and attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to report on student progress and create behavior plans.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
  • Experience working with students who exhibit a range of behavioral disorders
  • Must pass required background checks and obtain Illinois Fingerprint clearance
