Job Summary
We are looking for a Behavior Interventionist (BI) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to children with developmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves engaging in interactive sessions with clients, implementing behavior support plans, recording accurate data, and documenting session progress.
ABA services are typically provided in the client’s home or community setting. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA-based intervention strategies under supervision.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage children in structured activities to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Collect and maintain accurate session data and progress notes.
- Support families and caregivers with practical strategies.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field (a plus ).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technology skills (cell phone, internet, Google Drive, video platforms).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
- Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and training).
- Training Rate: $17 per hour.
- Bonus: $200 after 60 days of successful employment.
