Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is looking for a talented individual to join our outpatient Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine Division at our Peabody and Burlington locations.What You'll Do:As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for:Diagnostic evaluation of outpatients.Developing individualized treatment plans for patients' psychiatric and psychotherapeutic needs.Utilizing pharmacologic medication management and psychotherapy interventions.Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and counselors.Caring for patients who receive complex, coordinated medical and surgical care in an ambulatory setting within a large academic medical center.Opportunities to participate in the education and training of other RNs, APRNs, medical students, and trainees.
