Job Summary

Performs timely referral and intake coordination; including timely acceptance, patient registration, compiling and customer service.

*This position is located at 3400 Data Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670*

*Qualifications*

Requirements

• Two (2) years experience processing patient referrals containing demographic and clinical information
• Medical terminology and Excellent Customer Service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently as needed with a high degree of detail orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred
