Woodlands is seeking an experienced patient care coordinator to fill a full-time position in our robust oncology division.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, reliable and will be able to stay collected during high-volume practice hours.

PCC Duties:

· Manage high volume patient calls

· Schedule/Reschedule patient appointments

· Detailed and precise documentation

· Communication with physicians & other care team members to assist in care coordination

PCC Requirements:

· 2+ years of healthcare experience required, Oncology preferred

· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
