Job Summary
We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Westerville clinic and serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and our multi-location network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and has a knack for keeping things organized and running smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling new patient appointments across our three offices, managing referrals, and building accurate patient charts—all while delivering top-tier customer service.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments across Westerville, Grove City, and New Albany clinics
- Build and maintain patient charts with precision and confidentiality
- Process incoming referrals from hospitals, outpatient clinics, and providers
- Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person
- Uphold HIPAA standards and clinic protocols
- Oversight of patient scheduling via inbound calls
Experience
- Customer service experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a medical office setting
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- A calm, professional presence and a team-first attitude
- Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and excellent phone etiquette are necessary for success in this role.
