Assignment Details

• Shift: Weekdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends/holidays
• Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensure: Current valid Massachusetts license (LCSW or LICSW)

Experience:

• At least 1 year of social work experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting
• Previous experience with case management and managed care preferred

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with EPIC or other electronic medical records
• Strong ability to assess/evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Individual case management skills
• De-escalation and restraint management techniques
• Motivational interviewing and short-term treatment techniques
• Brief family interventions as needed
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
