Rehabilitation / Health Psychologist (Full-Time or 4+ Days per Week)

We’re seeking a licensed psychologist with a passion for integrated care to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehab team supporting individuals with chronic pain, neurological conditions, and complex medical needs. This is a dynamic role offering a blend of psychological evaluations, short-term therapy, and occasional group facilitation.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for patients being considered for medical procedures (e.g., spinal cord stimulators, bariatric surgery)
- Deliver short-term therapy for individuals managing chronic pain and comorbid psychological symptoms
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and nursing staff on treatment planning and patient progress
- Provide 1:1 outpatient therapy (in-office or virtual)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an integrated treatment model
- Occasionally run therapeutic groups as part of the rehab program
Ideal candidates will bring:
✔️ Experience working in medical rehab, hospital, or interdisciplinary care settings
✔️ Comfort navigating psychological-medical intersections (e.g., pain psychology, health behavior change)
✔️ Familiarity with clearance evaluations and psychological fitness assessments
✔️ A collaborative mindset and interest in integrated care delivery
✔️ Availability on-site at least 4 days/week
Preferred but not required:
➕ Background in neuropsychology, TBI, or cognitive rehabilitation
➕ Experience in program development or clinical innovation
➕ Interest in working long-term as part of a rehab-focused medical team
Compensation & Schedule:
- $70–$78/hour
- Primarily on-site with potential hybrid flexibility for outpatient therapy
- Supportive clinical environment and strong referral pipeline
