Job Summary
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they enter the practice. This role involves managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, preparing patients for treatment, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to providing outstanding service and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients with professionalism, warmth, and a helpful attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries and messages
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Prepare and update patient records; ensure proper documentation and confidentiality
- Coordinate patient flow by escorting patients to treatment rooms and informing providers of arrival
- Collect payments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the reception area and front desk
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure timely patient care
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, reminders, or outstanding information
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent in experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

- Is understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, etc…
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Familiar with email etiquette.
- Has a calm, compassionate demeanor in person, on the telephone, and on virtual platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
