Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (exact schedule TBD), Hours vary by assignment, full and part-time positions available.
Pay: $24/hour, paid weekly
Location: 100% on-site

About the Role
Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring Behavior Intervention Implementation (BII) / Behavior Aide professionals to join our team for the 2025–26 school year. These positions support students with severe disabilities in a classroom or 1:1 setting by implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting academic instruction, and assisting with personal care as needed. You will work collaboratively with educators, BCBAs, and support staff to ensure students' safety and success in school.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 40-hour ABA training or 1 year of relevant ABA experience
- CPI or NCI Certification required
- Ability to lift and physically assist students as needed
- Comfortable with toileting/diapering students of all ages
- Strong skills in addressing challenging behaviors
- Experience supporting students in academic and behavioral tasks
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI.
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in school or classroom-based roles
- Familiarity with IEPs and trauma-informed behavior supports
- Effective communication and calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Instructional and Behavioral Support
- Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and modifying instruction
Personal Care & Safety Support
- Assist with toileting, diapering, and hygiene tasks as needed
- Ensure student safety and respond to crisis situations appropriately
- Remain calm and flexible in dynamic classroom environments
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
- Track and report student behavior and progress
- Maintain professionalism with students, staff, and families
