New England Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Center is newly opening and looking to build our team. We are a professional, engaging, and employee-centric company looking for team players that are focused on creating the best patient experience possible for our patients.
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Front Desk Representative to serve as the first point of contact and face of the business for our patients. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in a service or patient facing industries, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a great experience for our patients!
Spanish Speaking would be a huge plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls
- Take payments
- Schedule new patients, manage EHR/Practice Manager
- Confirm appointments
- Verify, collect, and upload insurance information
- Welcome and check in patients upon their arrival
- Respond to patients’ questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage referrals, upload documentation, keep detailed records
Experience
- Customer service
- Medical terminology
- Computer skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and office management
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
- Proficiency in computer skills, including medical software
