Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Substance Abuse Counselor, located in Los Angeles, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Substance Abuse Counselor will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting case management, providing chemical dependency counseling, implementing relapse prevention strategies, and addressing mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Experience with Chemical Dependency and Relapse Prevention
• Mental Health counseling skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a therapeutic or clinical setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or licensure in substance abuse counseling
