Position Summary

We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Psychologists to support the Medical Center at San Diego and nearby Health Clinics (Coronado, Chula Vista, Point Loma). This position provides clinical psychological services in an integrated care setting, contributing to patient wellness and resilience within a military medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations using interviews, testing, and collateral sources.
• Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM criteria.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Consult with Primary Care Managers (PCMs) within an integrated care model.
• Offer brief, solution-focused interventions and follow-ups.
• Deliver psychological education and skill-building classes.
• Accurately document patient care and recommendations within 24 hours.
• Participate in group medical appointments (SMA, DIGMA).
• Provide clinical insights to relevant on-site projects.

Required Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited institution.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship OR 1-year fellowship/residency in health psychology or behavioral medicine.
• 1 year of relevant clinical experience within the past 4 years.
• Current, active, and unrestricted license to practice psychology in any U.S. state or territory.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must pass a NACI background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
