This is a full-time on-site role for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist located in Bristol City County, VA. The ABA Therapist will work closely with children with autism and other developmental delays, implementing individualized ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA. Daily tasks include conducting therapy sessions, collecting data on progress, providing parent training, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for each child. The role also involves conducting school consultations and community-based interventions as needed.

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and data collection
• Skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for parent training and collaboration
• Strong organizational and time management skills for flexible scheduling
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with children
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification or pursuing certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
