• Salary: $74,866/year (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health counseling to individuals, families, and groups
• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services in a primary care setting
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to maximize care coordination
• Perform intake histories and assist with addiction treatment planning
• Maintain documentation for assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge procedures
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in clinical practice
• Participate in team meetings, clinical rounds, and continuing education

Requirements:

• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the State of Pennsylvania
• Experience in integrated behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Passion for community-focused healthcare
