Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role, with remote work as the default and one required in-person supervision visit per client each month.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while receiving strong support from our clinical and operational teams.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while receiving strong support from our clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete one in-person supervision per client per month (BACB-compliant)
- Provide ongoing virtual supervision and support to RBTs
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor and adjust programs based on client progress
- Ensure quality, ethical care in all aspects of service delivery
- Hybrid work model with monthly in-person client supervision
- Manageable caseloads with strong ACD and admin support
- Protected time for documentation, planning, and supervision
- CEU support and ongoing training opportunities
- Leadership pathways and career growth
- A mission-driven culture focused on doing what’s right for clients and staff
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Based in Maryland with ability to travel for monthly in-person supervision
- Strong communication, supervision, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to dignity-centered, autonomy-supportive ABA practices
