We're Hiring: Full-Time Primary Therapist
Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Reprieve is expanding, and we're looking for a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our collaborative, mission-driven clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide weekly individual sessions to clients on a rotating caseload
Facilitate group and psychoeducational sessions
Support client accountability by addressing behavioral concerns in real time
Reinforce 12-step participation and guide step work
Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and education on healthy boundaries
Complete all documentation in KIPU EMR (including ASAMs, biopsychosocials, treatment plans, DAP notes, etc.)
Maintain clear clinical boundaries and a safe therapeutic environment
Participate in weekly clinical meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Minimum two years of experience in addiction treatment (PHP/IOP level preferred)
Strong grasp of the disease model of addiction and 12-step recovery principles
Proficient clinical documentation and computer skills (KIPU experience a plus)
