- Family Education & Advocacy: Help patients and families understand resources and navigate complex systems.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Experience: Prior experience in healthcare, hospice, or palliative care settings preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Able to work independently.
- Requirements:
- Valid LCSW license in California
- NPI number
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
