My Care Labs / My Care International is a fast-growing healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are expanding our behavioral health services and are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Fremont team.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits (onsite and/or via telehealth).
•  Diagnose and manage mental health disorders, including medication management.
•  Collaborate with supervising physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
•  Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
•  Provide patient education, counseling, and supportive care.
•  Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
•  Ensure a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
•  Valid California Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with a psychiatric specialty (PMHNP strongly preferred).
•  Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in psychiatry/mental health.
•  Strong diagnostic and medication management skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Comfort working in both in-person and telehealth environments.
Preferred Experience:
•  Experience working with diverse populations in outpatient settings.
•  Familiarity with collaborative care models.
•  Ability to manage high patient volumes while ensuring quality care.
