A New Way ABA is a small but growing ABA company that values connection, collaboration, and care. We center the neurodivergent experience and use trauma-informed, play-based practices in all that we do. We’re currently looking for a Lead Tech / Lead Teacher who’s ready to grow with us and help shape a more compassionate approach to ABA.
If you’re experienced, reliable, and passionate about supporting young children in a respectful and joyful environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Who You Are:
- Hold at least an associate’s degree (required)
- Have experience as a behavior technician or teacher (early childhood or special education preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required
- Committed to learning and applying trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming practices
- Ready to lead with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism
