Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessments, psychotherapy, medication management, and interventional treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. You will also play a key leadership role, supervising and mentoring a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This position provides a collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment focused on innovative mental health treatments and holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management for adult patients.
• Lead and supervise a team of Advanced Practice Providers (PMHNPs, PAs) in delivering high-quality care.
• Utilize advanced treatment methods, including TMS and Spravato, to provide life-changing mental health interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, including medication management, psychotherapy, neuropsychiatric testing, and interventional treatments.
• Participate in clinical leadership opportunities and contribute to the ongoing development of the practice.
• Maintain a flexible, hybrid schedule to support work-life balance.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.
• Completed or nearing completion of an accredited psychiatry residency program.
• License to practice in the State of West Virginia.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong interest in interventional psychiatry (experience with TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments is preferred).
• Enthusiasm for clinical leadership and team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry.
• Background in supervising clinical teams.
• Familiarity with interventional psychiatric treatments (e.g., TMS, Spravato).
• Passion for advancing mental health care with evidence-based practices.
