Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week, in-office, with some Saturdays required)

Bay Hills Plastic Surgery is seeking a high-performing Patient Care Coordinator/Junior Sales Associate to support our growing practice. This is a hybrid position ideal for someone who thrives in both front-of-house operations and patient sales. About the Role

This role combines front desk and patient coordination responsibilities with junior-level sales support. You will help deliver an exceptional patient experience while building your skills in aesthetic sales. The first 90 days will focus on onboarding, training, and quote delivery for lower-ticket items. After the probation period, there is opportunity for growth into higher-ticket non-surgical and in-office surgical sales, with clear KPIs and performance tracking.

During the First 90 Days

• Handle front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in/out, phone management, and administrative support
• Handle incoming leads through our CRM and ensure timely follow-up
• Deliver quotes for injectable treatments (filler, toxin, etc.)
• Complete injectable pre-assessments using our internal templates/formula
• Maintain clear communication with patients before and after treatment
• Shadow and support the Lead Aesthetic Coordinator

After 90 Days

• Begin closing non-surgical treatment plans ($5K–$10K)
• Assist in selling lower-ticket in-office surgical procedures
• Track and meet assigned sales KPIs
• Continue supporting the patient care coordination process from consultation to follow-up

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a sales, client relations, or customer service role
• Minimum 1 year in aesthetics (plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology setting)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with injectable treatments, skincare, and aesthetic services
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning internal systems and CRM tools
