Budding Futures is launching ABA services in Colorado, and we’re seeking a BCBA to serve as our Founding Clinical Director. This is your chance to build a new ABA program from the ground up, shape clinical culture, and make a meaningful impact on families statewide.

Summary
As our Founding Clinical Director, you’ll play a key role in developing our program, mentoring clinicians, and setting the standard for high-quality ABA services. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with the option to begin part-time and transition to full-time as the program expands.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and guide our clinical program, setting high standards for care
• Mentor and support future clinicians
• Develop policies and procedures that define the program
• Flexible schedule available
