Key Responsibilities:

  • Build positive, therapeutic relationships with residents in a supportive housing environment.
  • Support residents in achieving the goals outlined in their individualized service plans.
  • Promote autonomy and decision-making through encouragement and guidance.
  • Advocate for residents as needed in accessing medical, financial, and clinical resources.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid New York State driver’s license (required for most positions)
  • Must pass background clearances including the Justice Center and NYS Office of Children and Family Services Central Register Database
