Qualifications:

• Must have a valid license as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst issued and in good standing by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in the state of California.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence and acceptable driving.
• Must be detail oriented in documentation and preferably experienced in Medi-Cal documentation requirements.
• Prior experience working as BCBA or RBT preferred.
• Candidate must be open and available for case assignments within a certain distance.
• We do mainly remote services with some work out of our Brea office for FBA's. Telehealth and Face to Face services may be assigned, but services will be done remotely, and in home if needed.

Responsibilities: As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Clinical Supervisor

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Case Supervision
• Conduct Assessments
• Generate treatment plans and progress reports
• Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians
• Collaborate with parents and school personnel
• Participate in meetings
• Develop and remotely supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home, community settings, clinics, and daycares.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of behavior technicians.
• Review all session notes and data taken by BT's to monitor client progress and BT proficiency.
• Provide parent training.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
• Supervise BT's and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB.

Roles:

• If you become full time, you generally will be expected to work 40 hours a week with at least 25 hours being billable hours.
• The remaining hours may be for non-billable duties such as administrative tasks, staff training, interviews, BCBA group meetings, supervisory meetings, schedule audits, and any other tasks and duties approved by Spectrum Wellnest ABA Therapy
• Non-billable tasks may be added, excluded, or changed at any time Spectrum Wellnest ABA Therapy
• You are expected to report to work promptly in accordance with and based upon your assigned work schedule and location unless you have obtained prior approval of your supervisor to report to work at some other time or unless unforeseen circumstances arise.

Shift and Schedule:

Part Time or Full-time, negotiable schedule, including evenings and weekends (if desired).
