Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to individuals and groups, focusing on mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide psychotherapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy and clinical counseling.
  • Offer addiction counseling and support for patients dealing with substance use issues.
  • Conduct psychological testing to assess cognitive functioning and emotional well-being.
  • Work with children and families to provide counseling services that address behavioral health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for patients, including those with disabilities.
  • Engage in outpatient therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and resources for patients.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and practices.
  • Proficiency in clinical counseling methods and behavioral health interventions.
  • Experience in psychological testing and patient assessment processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and individuals with disabilities.
