* Position Details

• Title: Level 1 & 2 Behavior Specialist (Experienced ABA Provider)
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour (starting)/Level 1 $23.50 per hour
• Schedule Requirement: Minimum 20 hours/week Level 1 : 15 hours per week
• Status: Part-Time or Full-Time (based on availability)
• Location: In-home and community-based sessions across Inland Empire, High Desert, LA, and OC

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of direct experience for level 2 providing ABA services, level 1 no experience required will train.
• Familiarity with data collection and skill acquisition procedures
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week level 2
• Reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license
