What We Are Seeking: A Full-Time Licensed and/or Certified Substance Use Disorder Clinician to facilitate group and individual sessions in our boutique Detox and Residential program located in Woodland Hills, CA

Who We Are:

Villa Behavioral Health operates with entities in California and New Jersey, offering personalized recovery programs designed to support individuals overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. We provide evidence-based care options that vary by location, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Programs (OP). Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Assessment and Treatment Planning

· Provision of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions

· Clinical Documentation

· Team Meetings

· Case Consultation and Management

· Discharges and Aftercare Planning

Required Qualifications:

· CADC(Required)

· CA LPC or LCSW (Preferred)

· Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Required - Master's Preferred)

· Experience as a Substance Use Disorder and/or Mental Health Therapist (Required)

· Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)

· Experience with group and individual session facilitation

· Excellent oral and written communication
