What You'll Do as a BT
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, school, or community
- Use play-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts)
- Track progress and celebrate milestones with families
- Receive ongoing training, supervision, and support to grow in the field
What You Need to Apply
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months to one year of experience working with children in any setting such as babysitting, teaching, daycare, or tutoring
- Passion for helping kids learn and grow
- Willingness to learn and follow ABA techniques
- Reliable transportation to client homes or schools
