What You'll Do as a BT

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in their home, school, or community
• Use play-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts)
• Track progress and celebrate milestones with families
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and support to grow in the field

What You Need to Apply

• High school diploma or GED required
• Six months to one year of experience working with children in any setting such as babysitting, teaching, daycare, or tutoring
• Passion for helping kids learn and grow
• Willingness to learn and follow ABA techniques
• Reliable transportation to client homes or schools
