A premium mental health center near Albany, NY is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve as a Clinical Director and lead its non-invasive brain stimulation program. This ground-floor leadership role offers a rare chance to shape protocols, clinical culture, and expansion strategies for a spa-style TMS clinic that blends advanced technology with restorative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the clinic as the top-level clinical director, guiding vision and strategy in collaboration with founders.
Oversee patient evaluations, treatments, and progress for TMS and mental health care.
Develop and refine protocols to ensure safety, compliance, and clinical innovation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes, satisfaction, and expansion milestones.
Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Schedule

Full-time: Five 8-hour shifts

Requirements

Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in New York.
Experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, or related conditions.
TMS certification or willingness to obtain (training available).
Proven leadership capabilities and a passion for clinical innovation.
1–3 years of psychiatric or mental health experience preferred.
