About The Role
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide behavioral and psychological expertise in support of the individuals and families we serve. In this role, you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to assessments, program planning, and consultation. You’ll also support staff development, help design and evaluate programs, and provide direct consultation in matters of psychology related to developmental disabilities.

About The Role
We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide behavioral and psychological expertise in support of the individuals and families we serve. In this role, you’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to assessments, program planning, and consultation. You’ll also support staff development, help design and evaluate programs, and provide direct consultation in matters of psychology related to developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide behavioral/psychological information for assessment, diagnosis, and program planning.
- Serve as a consultant to internal teams, families, and community partners regarding psychological services and supports.
- Participate as an active member of multi-disciplinary diagnostic and consultation teams.
- Provide training and guidance to agency staff developing and delivering services.
- Assist with program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to conservatorship petitions, competency evaluations, diversion plans, and related assignments as needed.
- Doctorate in Clinical or Educational Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed by the California Board of Psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills.
- Knowledge of psychological methods, testing, and behavioral assessment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
