Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a dedicated and credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, clinically sound treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements for BCBAs.
- Work closely with ABC’s Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team for ongoing clinical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising RBTs or similar staff.
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.
