Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a dedicated and credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, clinically sound treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
Deliver evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements for BCBAs.
Work closely with ABC’s Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team for ongoing clinical guidance.

Required Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising RBTs or similar staff.
Familiarity with electronic data collection systems.

Competitive Salary: $80,000 to $117,000, including bonuses, with the ability to earn more through additional performance-based bonuses.
