Envision, Creative Support for People with Developmental Disabilities:

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities in Weld County.

Are you looking for meaningful work, helping families and children? Envision is looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of our Early Intervention team as an Early Intervention Service Coordinator.

SHIFT:

Full Time, Hybrid Position – 36 hours/week, Monday - Thursday, 4-day work week

Please note:

The first 90 days of employment are an on-site training period, Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5pm. Training is on-site, in-office at our Evans, Colorado location for 90 days, upon completion of the training period, flexibility in schedule may be available, dependent on work quality and job performance.

Envision office hours are 7:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Thursday, with some flexibility

  • Some Friday and evening hours are required based on School District and family schedules


PAY RATE:

$23.11 per hour + Benefits offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance provided by Envision, Supplemental Life, Retirement Plan and More!!) Paid time off, Paid holidays, Paid sick time.

SUMMARY:

The Early Intervention Service Coordinator will work to enhance the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities by assisting families with the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process, to connect with EI services and with generic community services.

Experience and Skills:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or five (5) years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities, or a combination of education and experience appropriate to the requirements of the position.
  • Employment is contingent on the results of a required post offer Drug Screen, Criminal History, and Employment References.
  • Must have motor vehicle, provide proof of automobile insurance, have a valid Colorado Driver’s license and acceptable driving record. An unacceptable driving record is a record with more than 3 occurrences of any combination of accidents (regardless of fault) or moving violations during the past three years and/or a record with 1 serious violation in last three years or 3 more serious violations committed prior to the past 3 years, but not more than 8 years ago, or not having a license for at least 3 years.
