As a full-time, hourly paid BCBA with 2020 Behavior, you'll benefit from:

No Weekend Sessions!
Industry-Leading Compensation: We value your talent. Our competitive salary starts at $77/hour (including indirect time) with quarterly raises and bonus opportunities. All billable hours (direct and indirect) are paid at the same rate.
Minimal Admin Work: Our BCBAs complete up to 1 hour of admin work per week (if any).

Sample Schedule:

Client A | M-F 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Indirect work 1 h/week, Caregiver training 1h/week

Client B | M-F 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Indirect work 1h/week, Caregiving training 2h/month
