Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Use your expertise to perform functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans that empower clients to thrive.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our team of professionals and the client’s broader support network to implement evidence-based interventions that drive real, lasting change.
- Support & Educate Caregivers: Provide in-depth parent training, empowering families with the tools and knowledge to implement behavior intervention strategies at home.
- Supervise & Mentor Staff: Lead and inspire a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring they have the guidance and feedback to deliver top-tier services.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously track and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- High-Quality Reporting: Write clear, impactful progress reports that not only track client success but communicate effectively with funding sources and other stakeholders.
- Commitment to Excellence: Adhere to ethical guidelines and the highest professional standards while staying current with the latest trends and research in the ABA field.

Qualifications:
- You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- You have a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in the field of behavior analysis.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a collaborative environment with clients, families, and team members.
- You are proficient in designing and implementing ABA-based interventions and conducting functional behavior assessments.
- You are experienced in supervising and training support staff, ensuring they feel supported and empowered in their roles.
- You are based in California and willing to travel once a month to Vacaville in-person and committed to making a lasting impact in your community.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
