Responsibilities

  • Greet patients upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and providers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including updating dental histories and insurance information.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and any necessary procedures.
  • Collaborate with our doctors to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years experience in the dental setting
  • Insurance billing and benefit coordination
  • Familiarity with dental terminology is essential for effective communication with doctors and patients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team.
  • Proficiency in using office software - Eaglesoft
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.
