About Job

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Per Diem

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a per diem basis. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs to ensure high-quality ABA services are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs/behavior technicians
  • Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation:

  • Per diem position
  • $85–$90 per hour (W2)
