Job Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ongoing supervision for a BCBA trainee under the concentrated fieldwork model (10%). The primary responsibility is to ensure supervised hours are valid, auditable, and fully aligned with BACB requirements. You will review data, guide intervention planning, and conduct structured supervision sessions that support professional growth and certification readiness.
This is a remote role with a flexible schedule. Applicants must currently reside in the U.S. with valid work authorization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide weekly concentrated supervision (≥10% of total fieldwork hours; approx. 4 hours/week).
- Ensure all supervision sessions qualify as valid, auditable fieldwork hours under BACB standards.
- Review data, treatment plans, and assessments; provide feedback and professional guidance.
- Document and sign off on supervised hours to maintain audit-readiness.
- Support the trainee’s professional development toward BCBA certification.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable confidentiality/privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA when applicable).
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Reside in the U.S. with valid authorization to work.
- Familiarity with BACB concentrated fieldwork supervision requirements (10% model).
- Prior supervision experience preferred, but strong clinical expertise with an interest in supervision will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills; ability to adapt when collaborating across diverse teams.
- Availability to begin in the near term (immediate or within a few weeks).
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
- Workload: Approximately 4 hours/week (aligned with BACB 10% fieldwork model).
- Compensation: $60 per hour, paid based on actual valid supervised hours delivered.
- Schedule: Remote, flexible; supervision sessions arranged within reasonable U.S. working hours.
- Growth: Scope and hours may expand as the company grows and based on mutual interest.
