Job Title: Social Worker

Days Social Worker - Weekdays day shift 8-4:30

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

A candidate will have successfully completed a master’s degree in social work and preferably will have had at least one year of social work experience in a behavioral health setting.

Current valid Massachusetts license in Social Work (LCSW or LICSW).

Skills/Qualifications

Familiarity with use of electronic medical record such as EPIC

Individual case management and knowledge of managed care

De-escalation/restraint management techniques

Motivational Interviewing and short-term treatment techniques

Brief family interventions as needed

Strong ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to address the identified needs.

Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
