A K-12 school in Troy, NY is seeking a skilled School Psychologist for a contract position during the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on providing psychological services to students across all grade levels, supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support student well-being and learning
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Maintain accurate records and comply with confidentiality regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferably in diverse school populations
