Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic team in Houston, just 25 minutes from Pasadenafor the 20252026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students across multiple school sites, helping to implement behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and provide support to students with behavioral needs.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with teachers, staff, and students to ensure that behavior goals are met and that students receive the best possible support. You will also be involved in testing, data analysis, and the development of individualized behavior plans. The director will assign caseloads based on your location within the region, so flexibility and adaptability are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise RBTs and provide guidance and support in implementing behavior plans.

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, monitor student progress, and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions.

  • Provide direct services to students as needed, ensuring that behavior goals are being achieved.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students needs are met.

  • Support schools in providing a safe and effective learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA license and certification required.

  • Prior school-based experience preferred.

  • Strong experience with behavior intervention planning, progress monitoring, and testing.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to working across multiple school sites.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
