Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed School Psychologist (LSSP) to support students in the Denton, TX area schools. The School Psychologist will play a vital role in evaluating student needs, providing counseling, and collaborating with educators and families to ensure academic and emotional success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students mental health and academic performance.

• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on educational strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.

• Valid Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) certification in Texas.

• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Previous school-based experience preferred.
