Job Summary
Traveling Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This is not a Virtual / Remote position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral therapy, patient care, and the ability to conduct thorough assessments while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake assessments in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment techniques.
- Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health interventions.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
