The Service Coordinator will handle a variety of duties and responsibilities for coordination of inspection and service appointments.
How You Will Do It
- Coordinate schedules for inspection and service technicians
- Confirm appointments by calling the customers.
- Coordinate subcontractors.
- Run reports to review service technician activity.
- Ensure all required Inspections are scheduled and completed each month.
- Work with customers to implement schedule changes.
- Make sure that emergency issues are prioritized and handled on a timely manner.
What we look for
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Dispatching experience within a high-volume service industry.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Excel and working with computers/technology.
- Good typing skills (30 words per minute minimum).
- Associates or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience working in a SimplexGrinnell District or in a fast-paced work environment.
- Use of ACE/Oracle systems preferred.
- Product knowledge of life safety (fire alarm & sprinkler) equipment
