Support Children with Autism – Seeking RBT for In-Home Services (Fort Worth Area)

We are a mission-driven provider of ethical, high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and related developmental challenges. Our programs span a wide range of developmental goals, including behavior therapy, communication, self-care skills, social development, and school readiness. We also prioritize caregiver training and collaboration.
Our multidisciplinary team is committed to delivering person-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we work to empower children and their families.
We are currently hiring a compassionate and driven Behavior Therapist (RBT) to serve families in Fort Worth and nearby areas. This is a part-time role, with meaningful opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Schedule
This position follows a part-time schedule of:
- Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services under BCBA guidance
- Carry out individualized treatment and behavior plans
- Track data accurately and complete session documentation
- Organize materials and prepare activities for therapy
- Collaborate with families to model behavior strategies and provide feedback
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification:
- Preferred: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
- Enthusiasm for supporting children and families
Compensation & Part-Time Benefits
- Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience and certification
