Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Director to join our team in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for a licensed professional, who is passionate about delivering therapeutic interventions in a dynamic, holistic, multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and substance use disorder services This leadership role provides guidance to clinical staff, ensures high-quality, client-centered care, and fosters a collaborative, supportive environment for both clients and team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of clinicians working in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. This role involves:

  • Providing individual and group supervision to clinicians and case managers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clinical records to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Conducting Biopsychosocial Intake Assessments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and crisis management.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring effective communication among all team members.
  • Managing crises and implementing intervention strategies.
  • Collaborating with referring providers and partner agencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Active LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in California.
  • Experience: At least five years of clinical experience
  • Two or more years in a leadership position and/or oversight of clinical staff
  • Experience with substance use disorders required.
  • Proven experience in facility administration, program management, and staff supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical best practices, and ethical standards in substance abuse treatment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision -making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
