Position Overview:
The Social Worker will provide behavioral health services within the Psychiatric Leland department. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, offering short-term treatment techniques, and coordinating case management. The Social Worker will work closely with patients, families, and care teams to support individualized treatment goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Requirements:

• Current valid Massachusetts Social Work license (LCSW or LICSW)
• At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC
• Ability to use de-escalation/restraint management techniques
