1 Spectrum Therapy is a start up ABA company founded in the end of 2022.

We are excited to be looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be joining our growing team! We are looking for a dedicated clinician with professional drive to nurture our small team and to help us grow while fostering access for our clients on their journey to success. Currently looking for someone with the flexibility to be part-time as we grow our clients. Hours are flexbile with high incentive for those looking to advance in upper management and promotions within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism spectrum disorder
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, such as applied behavior analysis (ABA), to address behavioral and social challenges
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of behavioral health

Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred

- Master's Program Completion Required (receiving hours and prepping for BCBA test ok)

- Spanish preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, including applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate medical documentation
